Delivery & Returns
Your Wizard Jeans will be delivered to your door.
If the item you have ordered is in stock we aim to get your order to you within 2 to 3 working days if you are based in the UK. If for any reason the item is out of stock we will of course inform you immediately and we will give you an estimated delivery date.
We will deliver to the address where your credit card is registered. For security reasons please make sure that the address provided is where you are most likely to be present to receive the goods. This will help ensure that the items you have ordered do not go missing.
You will be charged as per Parcelforce standard tariff per order of Wizard Jeans for a courier delivery. Should you require a non-mainland UK or Overseas delivery it will be charged at cost. You can contact us for an estimate of this cost prior to dispatch at firstname.lastname@example.org.
For all international orders, customers are responsible for paying the Customs and Import Duties. Unfortunately we cannot determine in advance what these fees will be.
If you need to return or exchange your order please download this form and send it with your package.
We are confident that you will be happy with your purchases. Wizard Jeans are tailored with every attention to detail and quality checked throughout their making and before dispatch. However, if you are not completely satisfied and you wish to exchange or return an item please do so within 7 days of purchase in a saleable condition (this does not affect your statuary rights). Please fill out the Returns Note, delivered with your order, indicating whether you would like a refund or an exchange - then package the merchandise to prevent damage enclosing the Return Form.
Please note that we will only accept the return of goods if they have not been worn, used, damaged or marked in any way and without the tags removed and in a saleable condition.
Please note that the return costs are not pre-paid. Postage or other return costs will be the customer's responsibility. You must return the goods, together with their packaging, in the same condition as supplied to you.
P&P and returns postage are direct costs and we regret that they cannot be refunded. The goods are the customer's responsibility until they reach us, we recommend you return goods using recorded delivery or obtain proof of posting from the Post Office so goods are insured.
We cannot accept liability for lost or damaged goods.
PLEASE NOTE - Sales items can ONLY be exchanged. We cannot give a refund on sale items.
Every effort will be made to issue a prompt refund within 30 days from receipt of the returned goods. We will send you an email notification once the return has been processed.
